Dexeril is a cream of cutaneous protection destined for the treatment of the signs and symptoms of the leather dryness (xerosis) especially in several cutaneous affections ( dermatitis atopica, icitosis). Not to use in case of allergy the parabernos (E216) or to any of the components.
